  • How is the work flow like after I make the payment?

    Thank you for your purchase. The following will show you the work flow:-

    1. Received your payment in full or in part
    2. Notify you the tentative start work date
    3. To confirm again 1-2 days before the tentative start work date we gave you
    4. Start work at the site (house / office)
    5. Update you work progress via whatsapp
    6. Work complete

  • Do you work during weekends and holidays?

    Unfortunately, we do not work on weekends and holidays for most residents / factory. However unless you have your neighbour / guard consent that we are able to work on Saturday / public holidays and then we will check with our workers / teams if they are available to work on such days. If they are available than we will notify you.

  • Do you work non-stop (example day 1 to day 7) to complete the job?

    Sometimes we do. But it all depends on the weather and other factor. Due to raining or other unforeseen event (example: job site accident, workers fell sick) we will have to stop work for that particular day. We will notify you if such events happen. We will stop work for 1-2 days sometimes due to other site need more manpower to wrap up the work. That way we will optimise our workforce and it will lower our overall charges which is win-win situation for you and us.

  • Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

    Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once we have arrange to start work.

  • What if I am not at home when the workers arrived?

    We will leave your home and notify you. But we do not hope this to happen as this will slow down the work progress and it is an extra cost to us. Please do notify us in advance if you are not available.
